What a month! So many highs, lows and mixed emotions. The start of many silly season parties and celebrations.
This month I finished my 8 week nutrition course. I got amazing results! I am fuelling my body consistently with wholesome and nourishing foods. I feel fuller for longer and have tonnes more energy. I am having a more quality sleep and longer. I am moving my body more with daily steps and a few workouts a week. My intention going into this course was to find balance. I have. I enjoy a night out with the girls and the next day I return to my healthy habits. I have learnt it doesn’t have to be one or the other, it can be both. Now I have these healthy habits after 8 weeks, I am continuing with them.
What is one of your favourite healthy habits you practise daily?
Silly season celebrations have officially began. At times I have definitely felt over whelmed, making sure I see and celebrate with everyone. I have put some boundaries in place over the next few months. I encourage you all to do the same. Burn out is no fun. This time of year is my absolute favourite. I have scheduled in time each week for myself, time for my workouts and healthy habits and lots of celebration time. I have also scheduled in and planned weekly resets, to ensure I am organised with healthy meals, clean home and my budgets in check.
What are some boundaries you can set for the Silly Season?
Biz wise I have so many ideas at the moment. The creativity is flowing like crazy. To be honest there just isn’t enough hours in the day and I want to do everything! Typical gemini energy. I am putting together some special 2022 1:1 coaching packages, my free newsletter is coming in 2022 and also a free download for my mailing list. I am posting on instagram my Christmas/Thank you giveaway this week, so keep your eyes peeled! I would love one of my ultimate supporters to win. I am full steam ahead on my face to face group workshop. I have secured a location by the beach, what a vibe! The day will be filled with gratitude, connection and diving into our deepest desires. We will also have time to connect with each other, make new friends and enjoy morning tea and lunch together, all inclusive! November ended with myself feeling a little low on energy and a little burnt out. I took some time out for a day and gave myself what I needed. Fresh air, beach vibes and time out.
